Deck Services (hereinafter, “our Software Services”) allow you to view, modify, and adjust access and create actions and commands across a selection of third-party applications. To use, you must have an account with relevant third-party applications, and our Software Services require you to first authenticate with the ones you will use. We DO NOT store usernames and passwords. We shall collect, store, and use your personal access tokens (PATs) to enable our Software Services to interact with these. When you use our Software Services, the connected third-party applications will provide us information that you provided to these third-party applications. For numerous functions and processes of Deck Services, we will:
(a) collect information from third-party applications to enact specified actions
(b) share information between third-party applications
We allow you to request to view or delete your account data upon request. If you have any questions about viewing or deleting your account data, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not responsible nor informed about how third-party applications collects, processes, or uses your personal or organization information. Please refer to the policies of the third-party applications that you connect to for more information. We disclaim all liability or damage which may arise from the practices, actions, or omissions of any third-party application you connect with.
When you use our Software Services, we will share your information with the administrator level account holder and other team members. The administrator level account holder will have access to your full name, email address, avatar, and usage. Other team members will have access to your full name, email address, and avatar. Any information, including actions, you contribute or share with the connected third-party applications will be available to other team members with the administrator level account holder’s permission.
Our Software Services are intended for organizations to use for their employees. We establish that the organization determines how to use our Software Services and is responsible for the administrator level and team member accounts. Employees – if you have questions or concerns about data privacy, please contact the corresponding authority in the organization. Your use of our Software Services is subject to that organization’s policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of the organization, which may be different than this policy.
